Work Experience Prior to INDIO Trail Inc. :
1970 1996 AT&T Technical solutions consultant for implementation of
high speed data networks in support of AT&T long distance billing. Provided
technical workshops to users of file transfer software. Developed and
implemented workshop instruction for trouble-shooting of Connect Direct a
bulk network data software. Frequently called upon by business units within
this major corporation and community organizations across the United States to speak on Native American diversity issues and
concerns. Trained, directed, scheduled and evaluated personnel. Implemented a
team-oriented management process that
resulted in improved morale and increased productivity. Learned to succeed by
being a Servant Leader.
